💼 What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly.
- Delivering fast, friendly, and professional customer service in busy bar areas.
- Operating tills accurately and processing customer transactions.
- Maintaining clean, organised, and fully stocked bar stations.
- Following all licensing, food safety, and health & safety procedures.
- Working collaboratively with your team to provide an exceptional guest experience during high-profile events.
- Develop an understanding of the product range available.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 6 months' experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days throughout the year.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a lively and energetic atmosphere.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and well-presented at all times.
- Due to the nature of the role and the sale of alcohol, all applicants must be aged 18 or over.
