Retail Staff

Our client is one of Britain's most established heritage brands, with a history spanning more than three centuries. Renowned for supplying ceremonial, professional and luxury attire to prestigious institutions across the UK and internationally, they combine exceptional craftsmanship with outstanding client service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected organisation at the intersection of heritage, luxury retail, ceremonial wear and professional dress.

This is a varied and hands-on role supporting clients across legal, judicial and ceremonial markets. Responsibilities include managing customer enquiries, coordinating orders from initial consultation through to fulfilment, overseeing stock movements and hire inventory, supporting logistics and supplier relationships, attending client events and ceremonies, and identifying opportunities for business development. You will work closely with internal production teams and external partners to ensure a seamless client experience while contributing to operational improvements and product development initiatives.

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware professional with strong client-facing experience gained within account management, customer service, sales support or business development environments. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,000–£45,000, a performance-related bonus scheme, uniform allowance and generous staff discounts. You will also have the opportunity to attend prestigious ceremonial events, work with high-profile institutions and develop your career within one of the UK's most respected and historic heritage businesses.
