About the role
We're looking for an experienced insurance and risk professional to join our Insurable Risk team. In this role, you'll help protect the business by identifying and managing insurable and emerging risks, developing risk financing solutions, and overseeing claims across our Motor, Travel and Marine insurance programmes.
Working closely with insurers, brokers, legal partners and operational teams, you'll play a key role in shaping insurance strategy, reducing risk exposure and driving continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong technical insurance expertise with a proactive, hands-on approach to claims and risk management.

- Develop and implement risk management and insurance strategies.
- Lead insurance renewals, ensuring the best possible cover and commercial outcomes.
- Manage motor claims, working closely with insurers, brokers and legal partners.
- Drive fraud prevention and recover costs from third parties where appropriate.
- Partner with UK and ROI Fleet Managers to reduce accidents and improve risk controls.
- Review emergency repatriation and medical insurance arrangements with Group Security.
- Support marine insurance requirements across import operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver effective risk solutions.
- Develop and deliver risk management and insurance strategies across Motor, Travel and Marine programmes, ensuring effective protection for the business.
- Lead insurance renewals, managing insurer and broker relationships to secure optimal coverage and commercial outcomes.
- Oversee motor claims, recovery processes and fraud prevention initiatives, working closely with insurers, brokers and legal partners.
- Collaborate with Fleet Managers across the UK and ROI to identify trends, reduce accidents and improve risk controls.
- Manage emergency repatriation and medical insurance arrangements alongside Group Security teams.
- Support marine insurance requirements across import operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurers, brokers, claims handlers, legal partners and operational teams, to deliver effective risk and insurance solutions.
