The Role:
As a Matchday Waiting On team member, you will work within our hospitality suites or box areas, helping to deliver an outstanding experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests warmly and creating a positive first impression
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Ensuring high standards of presentation, hygiene, and service
- Operating confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Occasionally working independently while maintaining service standards
- Contributing to a memorable and enjoyable matchday experience for all guests
- No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.
The Person:
Experience is not essential. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:
- Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
- The ability to work well under pressure
- A friendly, confident, and proactive personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
