Hospitality Chef de Partie | Canary Wharf
We're looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join a busy conference and hospitality operation, delivering high-quality, seasonal, and bespoke menus for events of up to 400 guests. With weekly conferences and multiple large-scale, multi-day events throughout the year, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.
What you'll be doing as a Chef de Partie:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for conferences, events, and hospitality services
- Take ownership of your section, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety
- Work closely with the senior kitchen team to develop seasonal and bespoke menus
- Ensure all food is prepared and served to company standards in a timely manner
To succeed as a Chef de Partie, you will:
- Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen
- Ideally have experience working within conference, banqueting, or hospitality catering
- Be confident running your own section with minimal supervision
- Have a strong understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations
- Be organised, reliable, and able to perform well under pressure
- Be flexible to work early mornings and occasional late evenings based on event requirements
