We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill Abergavenny. Our store is located in the heart of this historic market town in Monmouthshire, South Wales, known for its stunning surroundings, thriving independent shopping scene, and strong sense of community. Often referred to as the "Gateway to Wales", Abergavenny attracts both local residents and visitors throughout the year, particularly for its renowned food festival and access to the nearby Brecon Beacons National Park.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
