Location: OL10 2TN
Rate of Pay: £16.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 6:00-14:00 40 hours per week (May need to cover nights & weekends in emergencies as this is a 24/7 Distribution Centre)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Lead, coach, and develop the kitchen team to maintain high standards.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service delivery.
- Manage stock, ordering, and food cost control while minimising waste.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety, and due diligence procedures.
- Assist with menu development and seasonal menu planning.
- Oversee kitchen operations and service in the Head Chef's absence.
- Monitor labour costs and support effective rota management.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-maintained kitchen environment.
- Support the delivery of hospitality, events, and special functions as required.
