Wherever we are, we do more than serve. We bring places to life through food, service and creativity and we’re looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Hampton Court Palace in London.

Our key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising events/hopitality to ensure smooth and professional service delivery
• Leading and motivating the event team to deliver high standards at all times
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guests receive a positive experience
• Supervising our team to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and our service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams
• Supporting daily operations within the café and outside outlets during quieter event periods

Our ideal Events Supervisor will:

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
• Have a minimum of two years of catering or hospitality experience
• Have experience managing teams in a similar supervisory role
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
• Be flexible and adaptable to support different areas of the business when required
