We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill Shepshed. Our store is located in the heart of Shepshed, a thriving market town in Leicestershire, known for its strong community spirit, excellent transport links, and convenient location between Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby. With a growing population, a mix of independent and national retailers, and close proximity to the Charnwood Forest area, Shepshed attracts both local residents and visitors throughout the year.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
