The Role:
As a Hospitality Manager or Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of delivering outstanding hospitality experiences, ensuring both guests and team members have an exceptional experience from start to finish.
You'll lead by example, inspire your team to perform at their best, and ensure every event runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and support hospitality teams throughout events
- Deliver engaging pre-shift briefings to prepare and inspire your team
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing working environment
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide support throughout service
Operational Excellence
- Ensure hospitality areas are fully prepared, stocked, and organised before service begins
- Monitor service standards and maintain exceptional guest experiences at all times
- Coordinate staffing levels and team rotas to ensure efficient operations
- Manage service delivery in line with guest expectations and operational targets
Guest Experience
- Act as a visible and approachable leader during events
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently
- Build positive relationships with guests, clients, and colleagues
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality and outstanding customer service
Requirements:
We're seeking confident and enthusiastic leaders who have:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar hospitality supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A positive, approachable, and supportive management style
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- The confidence to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- The ability to lead by example in attitude, professionalism, and presentation
