Full Time

A leading accessories retailer with over 200 sites across the UK are looking for a senior merchandiser to oversee the full commercial strategy for the category, shaping ranges that are trend‑led, data‑driven, and aligned with brand objectives.

In this role, you will take ownership of planning, forecasting, and trading across all accessory segments, using insight and analysis to build assortments that meet customer demand while driving margin and growth. Your expertise will ensure that the accessories offering remains both competitive and compelling.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing the entire product lifecycle, from range planning and initial sign‑off through to in‑season trading and performance reviews. Collaboration with buying, design, and supply chain teams is central to the role, ensuring cohesive product stories, timely launches, and optimised stock levels across all channels. You will display an analytical mindset that supports confident decision‑making, protects profitability and minimises risk.

Innovation plays a key part in the position, with a constant focus on identifying new opportunities across bags, jewellery, small leather goods and seasonal categories. Strong supplier relationships and a proactive sourcing approach help secure competitive pricing, improved lead times, and differentiated product offerings. This commercial awareness keeps the accessories department agile and ahead of market trends.
