Full Time

As a Community Manager, you will lead the day-to-day customer experience within the workspace, creating a welcoming, connected and high-performing community. You'll build strong customer relationships, oversee operational excellence, deliver engaging events and experiences, and ensure our members receive exceptional service every day. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring strong leadership, organisation and a passion for creating outstanding workplace experiences.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM)

Salary: £44,706 per annum

Main responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver an exceptional customer experience across the workspace.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the building, ensuring high standards throughout.
  • Plan and deliver community events, engagement initiatives and customer communications.
  • Support customer retention, satisfaction and occupancy goals.
  • Lead, coach and develop Community Coordinators where applicable.
  • Manage customer enquiries, escalations and operational issues effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams and service partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
