Duty Manager

Duty Manager

PublishedPublished: 17/07/2026
One of central London’s most vibrant hospitality venues is looking to welcome a Duty Manager into its leadership team. Located in the East London area, this multi-concept space offers an eclectic mix of bars and kitchens, with a high footfall and a strong emphasis on drinks-led service.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the daily operation — from leading shifts with clarity and confidence, to ensuring the smooth delivery of service across multiple outlets. You’ll act as a role model on the floor, uphold service standards, and respond to guest needs and operational challenges in real time. Coaching and supporting your team will also be central to the role.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong hospitality or bar management background, with experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments. You’ll be comfortable making decisions under pressure, keeping your team aligned, and maintaining a strong presence during busy shifts. A passion for great service and quality drinks is essential.

This role comes with a salary of up to £36,000, plus the opportunity to earn through a quarterly bonus scheme. Additional benefits include staff perks, development support, and the opportunity to be part of a venue that values collaboration and pace.
