The store manager will lead the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Windsor store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial success. Responsibilities include leading and developing the store team, overseeing recruitment, scheduling and performance management, managing sales, KPIs, stock and payroll, maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
