Your Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional silver service to VIP guests and corporate clients.
Present menus, serve food and beverages, and confidently deliver multiple-course meals.
Open, present, and serve wine following fine dining service standards.
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalised service throughout.
Maintain impeccable table presentation and fine dining standards.
Support seamless hospitality service during matchdays and special events.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ At least 12 months of waiting experience in a fine dining or silver service setting

✅ Immaculate presentation and confidence in delivering exceptional guest service.

✅ Calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

✅ A commitment to consistent availability throughout the season, with the ability to work the majority of matchdays.

✅ Reliable, punctual, and passionate about delivering premium hospitality experiences.
