We are currently looking for a Temporary Customer Service Assistant to join a premium womenswear retailer's customer support team in East London. This role will involve handling customer enquiries, ensuring a high standard of service, and supporting the overall customer journey across multiple channels. This role could extend to 6 months.


Suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice.


Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat.

• Resolve order, delivery, and product-related queries efficiently

• Liaise with courier partners to investigate delivery or tracking issues

• Maintain accurate records and handle customer information appropriately

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience


Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within retail, fashion, or e-commerce

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisation

• Confident problem-solver with a proactive mindset

• Able to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
