Our Shift Supervisors play an important role in the day to day running of the business. You'll work on shift with the team to cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensure that best practices are being followed, and hold the team accountable for providing a safe and clean environment for our employees and our guests!
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience supervising a team in a coffee shop, quick service restaurant, or fast-food environment
- Knowledge of food safety
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong leadership & communication skills!
