Area Concession Manager
Glasgow & West of Scotland 32 Hours per Week | 4-Day Week | No Weekends £24,000 + Mileage Allowance / Vehicle Option
An Exciting Multi-Site Retail Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of an established fashion retailer looking for an experienced Area Concession Manager to oversee a portfolio of concessions across Glasgow and the West of Scotland.
This is a field-based, autonomous role ideal for a commercially focused retail professional who thrives on taking ownership, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional visual merchandising standards across multiple locations.
Working within leading high street retail partners, you'll be responsible for ensuring each concession is fully optimised, commercially successful, and presented to the highest standards.
The Role
Reporting into the wider retail leadership team, you'll manage a network of concessions across your region, taking responsibility for sales performance, stock management, visual merchandising, and relationship building with host store teams.
This is a hands-on role requiring regular travel throughout the area and would suit someone who enjoys working independently while making a visible impact on business performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth and maximise commercial opportunities across your concession portfolio.
• Plan and manage your own schedule to ensure effective coverage of all locations.
• Maintain excellent stock control, replenishment, and recall processes.
• Deliver consistently high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Implement promotional activity, seasonal launches, and bestselling product initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with host store management teams.
• Complete all required reporting and administration accurately and on time.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance within your area.
• Act as the key brand representative across your region.
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates with:
• Previous experience in a Store Manager, Concession Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Area Support, Field Visual Merchandiser, or Multi-Site Retail Management role.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to drive sales.
• Experience managing stock and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and time-management skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• The ability to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Confidence working independently and managing a geographically spread portfolio.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
What's on Offer
• Permanent part-time opportunity.
• Monday to Friday working pattern over four days.
• No weekend working.
• Mileage allowance or vehicle provision depending on circumstances.
• High levels of autonomy and ownership.
• Opportunity to join a growing, well-established retail business.
• Supportive culture with opportunities for development and progression.
This role would suit an experienced retail manager looking for their first regional opportunity, or an established multi-site retail professional seeking greater flexibility and work-life balance.
