As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind one of our London locations—owning performance, leading from the front, and creating a store atmosphere customers want to come back to.
You’ll lead, inspire, and elevate your team while bringing the brand’s energy to life on the shop floor.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Delivering next-level service that turns customers into loyal fans
• Owning the numbers—driving sales, smashing KPIs, and spotting opportunities
• Leading and developing your team to be confident, motivated, and on-brand
• Creating a store environment that’s visually exciting and commercially strong
• Acting as a true brand ambassador—on the floor, in the team, and in the results
About You
• A proven Store Manager (or strong Assistant ready to step up) in fashion or lifestyle retail
• Obsessed with customer experience—you know what great looks like and how to deliver it
• Sharp commercial acumen—you love numbers and know how to move them
• A natural leader who can energise a team and build a strong culture
• Fast-paced, adaptable, and always one step ahead
