Talent Acquisition Co Ordinator - Early Careers - 12 Month Secondment
About the role As part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you'll deliver the coordination for early careers roles, focusing on Apprentices, Graduates and Interns. Acting as a brand advocate for Tesco, you'll attract and engage emerging talent through efficient, inclusive, and experience-led hiring campaigns that reflect our values and support workforce diversity.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a smooth, high-quality recruitment journey for candidates and a simple, effective process for hiring managers.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.
- Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).
