• Design and write high quality learning content and activities to support digital learning.
• Work with the leads and seniors to understand the requirement.
• Develop simple courses using eLearning authoring tools.
• Complete tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's.
• Actively participate in team initiatives and projects.
• Cooperate and effectively communicate with the team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Experience of instructional design models and theories
Any degree, preferably UG/PG in English or Mass
• Understanding of color and design concepts
