You will act as a vital link between the warehouse floor and our Head Office teams, turning raw data into actionable insights.

To help you hit the ground running, NEXT provides comprehensive training on our internal systems. Whether you are an experienced Stock Controller, Inventory Assistant, or Data Administrator, we will give you the tools and support needed to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

What you’ll take on:

  • Problem Solving: Lead daily reconciliation investigations to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Collaborative Liaison: Partner with the Product Quality & Compliance department, merchandisers, and technologists to manage faulty items and update reports for rework.
  • Reporting: Produce detailed daily and weekly reports for the management team to help drive operational decisions.
  • Systems Management: Navigate and update multiple platforms including Matflow, Mainframe, STS, Google, NPMS, and Vision.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional relationships with internal warehouse teams, Head Office, and third-party suppliers.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven Experience: A solid background in administration, ideally within a warehouse or logistics setting, with a focus on stock tracking.
  • Technical Savvy: You must be highly PC literate, specifically with Microsoft Excel; you should be comfortable producing data and reports using formulae and macros.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, with people at all levels of the business.
  • Organization: A grounded and realistic approach to managing a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accuracy: A keen eye for detail when handling complex data and performing investigations.
