Visual Merchandiser - F&F - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

About the role As an F&F Visual Merchandiser, you will be a key player in our head office visual merchandising team, support the creation of the visual merchandising guidelines for all our markets in UK, ROI & Central Europe.
You will work collaboratively with commercial and operational teams to ensure the F&F brand is brought to life on our shopfloors.
You will report into the Visual Display Manager, working closely on the VM strategy and elevation to deliver the best customer shopping experience. • Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.

You will be responsible for •Support the creation of clear seasonal visual merchandising guidelines for UK, ROI and Central Europe, working closely with retail commercial and operational teams to deliver the brand strategy whilst ensuring simple execution for store colleagues. •Training commercial colleagues in VM principles, customer flows, fixture types, and market variations.•Collaborating with the wider marketing departments for point-of-sale, trade planning and key brand alignment.•Partnering with field and head office operational teams to ensure consistent adaption of visual merchandising guidelines across all stores.•Contributing to retail range reviews with commercial teams, identifying visual merchandising needs and principles.•Working alongside the F&F VM managers to develop and execute the visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the brands vision.•Putting the customer’s needs first ensuring the best shopping experience to become the market leader.•Exploring visual merchandising innovations, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices through research.
You will need •Previous experience in visual merchandising in store or head office environment. •Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign and PowerPoint.•Knowledge of current trends in visual merchandising.•Creativity and a strong eye for design.•Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
