Vending Supervisor
Location: Newton Aycliffe
Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour
Working Pattern: 30 hours per week, 5 days over 7, working hours between 7:00am and 7:00pm
Are you an experienced vending professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a proactive and organised Vending Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our vending services, ensuring machines are fully stocked, well-maintained, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll support and motivate a small team while ensuring the smooth running of vending operations across the site.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising the daily vending operation and supporting team members.
- Ensuring vending machines are fully stocked, clean, and operating efficiently.
- Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory.
- Carrying out regular machine checks and escalating maintenance issues when required.
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office.
- Delivering excellent customer service and responding to queries professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Our Vending Supervisor
- Previous experience within a vending environment is essential.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Confident using Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and prioritise a busy workload.
- A positive, customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
