About the role

As Technical Product Owner for Assisted Service Platforms & CareHub, you'll own the vision, roadmap and delivery of one of Tesco Mobile's most important colleague-facing platforms. You'll balance customer outcomes, colleague experience, operational efficiency and technical sustainability, ensuring colleagues can resolve customer queries quickly, confidently and securely.

Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Service Operations and Journey Squads, you'll drive the evolution of CareHub and its supporting capabilities, shaping a platform that is scalable, resilient and ready for future growth.

You will be responsible for
  • Defining and owning the product vision, roadmap and backlog for CareHub and assisted-service platforms.
  • Delivering reusable platform capabilities that improve customer and colleague experiences across multiple service journeys.
  • Partnering with Salesforce engineers, architects and technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure and maintainable.
  • Prioritising enhancements, operational improvements, compliance requirements, incidents and technical debt.
  • Driving platform governance, security, resilience, service management and continuous improvement.
  • Using colleague feedback, customer insights and operational data to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Supporting the delivery of new capabilities, including case management, knowledge management, messaging and agent-assist tooling.
  • Facilitating collaboration across technical and business stakeholders to align priorities and maximise value.
  • Embedding strong agile practices, delivery transparency and continuous improvement within the squad.
You will need
  • Experience in Technical Product Management, Technical Product Ownership or a similar technical delivery role.
  • Experience working in agile environments with Scrum methodologies and practices.
  • Ability to define product strategy, prioritise effectively and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with CRM, customer service, workflow or enterprise platforms, including integrations and APIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A customer and colleague-first mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Highly desirable:

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of customer service, contact centre, retail, telecommunications or assisted-service environments.
  • Experience in case management, knowledge management, workflow optimisation and customer servicing journeys.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, cyber security, observability and operational resilience.
  • Exposure to messaging platforms, service automation, AI-enabled service tools, Salesforce Einstein or Agentforce.
