Systems Engineer I

Manage Fusion Systems (multiple modules) and deliver changes and resolution of escalated incidents

• Expert in Fusion Tax, Project Accounting, Fixed Asset, S2C (any 3) application configurations and operational support

• Experience in code repositories like Git-HUB and ticketing tool Jira.
• Experience in writing sql queries
• Responsible for managing BAU configurations for TESCO Development team
• Understand the SDLC process

• Good understanding of the Change Management process (similar to MMR, EC, SC)

• Participate in agile Ceremonies and adhere to team processes.
• Understanding agile ways of working and exhibiting those behaviors

• Liaising with internal IT along with the external Vendor to troubleshoot any Fusion related issue.

• Analyzing the change request and taking into consideration the appropriate approvals wherein testing the solution and implementing the same

• A general health check of the application by running/Analyzing various logs

• Focus on all work being high quality as a priority to avoid rework and ensure delivery is right first time

• Keep your technical skills up to date and keep track of new technologies

• Work with PM and business stakeholder in defining the application configuration

• Perform Technical Impact assessment and Proof of concept for new upgrades and requirements

• Knowledge/ experience of problem Management Tools.

• Expert handling of Jira and Zendesk
• Design any solution for the application considering the impacts to its upstream and downstream systems
