
Supply Chain Coordinator

As Logistics Coordinator for the UK region, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods from suppliers through to warehouse facilities. Working closely with logistics partners, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders, you'll coordinate inbound shipments, monitor delivery milestones, manage shipping documentation, support customs clearance activities, and maintain accurate tracking and reporting. This is a varied, hands-on position where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the abilityto manage multiple priorities are essential. You'll also have the opportunityto contribute to continuous improvement projects that help enhanceoperational efficiency across the widersupply chain.
We're looking for a proactive and organised logistics professional with one to two years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain operations, or a similar environment. You'll have a strong understanding of shipment processes and shipping documentation, excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and the confidence to manage competing priorities whilst working both independently and as part of a team. Experience with import processes, customs procedures, or managing inbound supply chains would be highly advantageous. In return, the company is paying a salary of £35,000 per year, depending on experience. There is a discretionary annual bonus, 33 days holiday and private pension. The role is based in Central London, offers hybrid working with the option to work two days from home if living inside London, three days from home if you are based outside of the London area.
