We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Supervisor to join one of our much-loved neighbourhood restaurants. If you love a buzzing floor, thrive when the restaurant is full and know how to bring great energy to a team, you’ll feel right at home with us.

You’ll be right in the middle of the action: leading from the front, supporting the management team and helping every shift run brilliantly. From keeping the team motivated through a busy brunch to making sure every guest leaves happy, you’ll help set the standard for what great looks like at Megan’s.

You’ll also start getting stuck into the commercial side of running a restaurant – driving sales, encouraging brilliant upselling, supporting team deployment and understanding how the decisions made on shift impact the bigger picture.

💙 What You'll Be Doing

🧿 Running smooth, energised shifts, leading from the front and making sure every guest gets the full Megan’s experience

🧿 Leading brilliant shift briefs, getting the team set up for success and making sure everyone knows the bookings, sections, offers and priorities for the day

🧿 Driving sales and spend per head through great service, menu knowledge, upselling and getting the whole team behind site sales incentives

🧿 Coaching and training the team on shift, supporting new starters and spotting where someone might need a little extra help to become brilliant at what they do

🧿 Owning the standards across the restaurant - from set-up and atmosphere to cleanliness, food and drink quality, stock control and making sure nothing gets missed

🧿 Being a go-to person for the team, building a great working environment, tackling issues early and keeping senior managers in the loop when something needs their support

🧿 Keeping every shift safe and compliant, leading on food safety, allergens, health & safety and hygiene, and making sure any incidents or issues are properly dealt with and escalated
