With a strong presence across the UK and internationally, they are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering creativity, and promoting a collaborative culture where employees can thrive and develop their careers.

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and commercial performance. You'll motivate and develop a high-performing team, manage staffing levels and rotas, oversee stock control and inventory management, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also analyse sales performance, identify opportunities to drive revenue, and create an engaging shopping environment that reflects the company's values and brand standards.
