Store Manager – East London

Working closely with your Area Manager, you'll develop and execute a clear business strategy that drives sales, maximises profitability and ensures every part of the operation performs at its best.

As Store Manager, you'll lead, coach, and develop a multi-layered leadership team including an Assistant Store Manager and Department Managers across Operations, People & Training, and Commercial & Visual Merchandising. You'll create a high-performance culture where accountability, development and customer service go hand in hand, ensuring your management team has the capability to drive results while building a strong talent pipeline for the future.

You'll operate the store as a complete business, taking ownership of sales performance, P&L, payroll, inventory, operational standards, facilities, compliance, and customer experience. Using commercial insight and market awareness, you'll identify opportunities, respond to trading trends, and translate business objectives into clear actions that deliver sustainable growth. From product performance and visual presentation to workforce planning and operational efficiency, you'll ensure every decision contributes to the overall success of the store.

To succeed in this role, you'll be an experienced Store Manager with a proven track record of leading large teams, driving commercial performance and managing multi-million-pound retail operations. You'll bring strong leadership capability, exceptional commercial acumen, and a passion for developing people.

The salary is paying up to £57,000
