As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial performance. You'll be responsible for creating a positive, high-performing culture, ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding results across all key business metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and promote brand loyalty
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance
- Analyse store performance and implement action plans to maximise results
- Oversee visual merchandising and maintain premium brand standards
- Manage staffing, rotas and payroll budgets effectively
- Control stock management, replenishment and inventory accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety standards
- Create a positive and engaging working environment that motivates and inspires the team
About You
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, or an experienced Assistant Manager ready for the next step
- Background within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance or premium retail preferred
- Passionate about customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing successful teams
- Commercially minded with a proven track record of delivering sales and KPI growth
- Highly organised with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Energetic, hands-on, and able to lead from the front
The salary is paying up to £50,000 per annum
