As Store Manager at H. Samuel in Northwich, you will be responsible for driving the store’s performance by fostering a strong sales culture, leading and motivating a customer-focused team, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures. You will lead by example, demonstrating excellent selling skills while coaching and inspiring your team through effective leadership and a proactive approach to sales management.

You will also be accountable for maintaining consistent adherence to company guidelines and processes, as well as managing key operational areas including costs, payroll, shrinkage, and expenses. In addition, you will oversee the planning and execution of all in-store operational activities.
