Store Manager

This opportunity is for an experienced Store Manager to lead a successful ladieswear fashion store, driving commercial performance whilst creating an exceptional customer experience. The business is a well-established retailer with a strong presence on the high street, known for delivering trend-led collections, excellent service, and a positive team culture.

You will take full responsibility for all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, people management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement. You will lead, coach, and develop a motivated team, ensuring high standards are maintained across the store whilst identifying opportunities to maximise sales and profitability. Previous experience managing KPIs, driving conversion, and delivering strong commercial results within a fashion retail environment will be essential.

The salary is paying up to £40,000
