Store Manager

As store manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of the store. You’ll lead, motivate and develop your team, drive sales and profitability, manage stock and merchandising, monitor KPIs and ensure high standards of compliance and customer service. You’ll also play an important role in building strong relationships within the local community and creating a store that customers trust and return to.

We’re looking for an experienced retail leader with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results within retail or convenience. You’ll need strong leadership and communication skills, a hands-on approach, commercial awareness and a good understanding of retail systems, stock management and financial performance. Importantly, this is also a great step-up opportunity for a high-performing deputy manager or large-format team leader ready to take on their first store manager position.

Salary & Benefits: £40,000–£48,000 + £7,500 relocation allowance. 42 hours per week. Candidates must be prepared to relocate. For stores selling alcohol, candidates must be aged 18+ due to licensing requirements.
