Store Manager

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the store, including stock management, merchandising, compliance, and overall performance. You'll use key business metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth, drive profitability, and implement strategies that deliver results while maintaining operational excellence.

You'll be passionate about developing people and creating a motivated, high-performing team. From recruitment and onboarding to coaching and ongoing development, you'll inspire your colleagues to reach their full potential while fostering a positive and inclusive culture that encourages success at every level.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring previous management experience within a retail or convenience environment, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The salary is paying up to £48,000
