Our Stock Operations team are looking for a Stock Operative to support ourToys Department. You will play a vital role behind the scenes to make the Harrods magic happen every day.
About the Role
In this role you willbe responsible forsupporting our dynamic departments by ensuring deliveries are processed efficiently and accurately, and that all stock is stored andmaintainedto the Harrods standard. There are Stock Operative roles across different departments ranging from furniture to denim and contemporary, all areas requiring a flexible and hands-on approach. Roles will be assigned based on you interests and best fit.
You will:
- Keep stockrooms tidy and clean,adhering to Health & Safety standards at all times.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and packing of all merchandise, including heavier items when needed.
- Unpack and check deliveries against delivery notes, raising discrepanciesimmediately.
- Ensure all stock is ticketed and priced correctly, and action price changes and markdowns whenrequired.
- Support with daily stock audits, stocktakes, and sale preparation.
- Maintain filing systems for delivery packing lists and update faulty trackers regularly.
This position is afixed term,12-monthcontractcommencingin August 2026.You will be working on 5 days over 7 on a rota.There are three fixed shifts available;7 am – 3pm, 10 am – 6 pm, 1:15 pm – 9:15 pm.
