What You’ll Do:
As the eCommerce Trading Lead for Hair, you will:

• Drive the day-to-day trading of our Haircare category on Boots.com, contributing to revenue and profit growth.
• Be the digital expert, using insights to enhance customer acquisition and conversion.
• Manage product launches and develop online trade plans that resonate with our customers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our category is well-supported.
• Ensure legal and safe trading practices while delivering on KPIs.

Who You Are:

• We’re looking for someone with:
• Experience in a commercial role, ideally within eCommerce or retail trading.A strong understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• A proactive mindset, ready to push boundaries and take calculated risks.
• Adaptability and strong organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
