
Senior Technical Program Manager - Connectivity Transformation
As a Senior Technical Program Manager within Connectivity, you will lead the delivery of one of M&S's most critical infrastructure transformation programmes, overseeing the upgrade and refresh of network technologies across the Distribution Centre (DC) estate.
You will be responsible for coordinating complex technical deployments across multiple operational sites, ensuring alignment between M&S, GIST, engineering teams, suppliers and programme stakeholders. Working across a portfolio of interconnected initiatives, you will manage dependencies, delivery risks and operational impacts while driving successful outcomes that support the future growth and resilience of our supply chain.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of network upgrades and infrastructure changes across the M&S distribution centre estate.
- Develop joined-up delivery plans, coordinating activities and dependencies across technology programmes, suppliers and operational teams.
- Partner with GIST, engineering, architecture and logistics teams to align solutions, deployment schedules and business priorities.
- Champion effective governance and proactive risk management, providing clear visibility of progress, issues and key decisions.
- Coordinate suppliers, site deployments and transition activities to deliver agreed outcomes while minimising disruption to logistics operations.
- You bring experience leading large-scale infrastructure, network, connectivity or technology transformation programmes.
- You’re comfortable coordinating complex, multi-site deployments in operationally critical environments.
- You can build trusted relationships, communicate technical information clearly and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
- You have experience managing programme plans, dependencies, risks, governance and third-party delivery partners.
- Experience within retail, logistics, supply chain, warehousing or another large-scale operational environment would be beneficial.
