We are the leading foodservice and hospitality provider across the Island of Ireland and we are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our talented Dublin team on a full-time permanent basis, working 40 hours per week.
In this influential role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the People Strategy within your assigned operational area and ensuring the successful delivery of HR strategic and operational plans. Partnering closely with operational and senior leadership teams, you will help drive organisational performance, employee engagement, talent development, and business transformation initiatives across the Island of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with operational leaders to deliver the People Strategy and provide expert HR guidance that supports business objectives and drives organisational performance.
- Build leadership and people capability through coaching, development initiatives, succession planning, talent management, and employee engagement activities.
- Lead and support change management, organisational design, process improvement, and business transformation projects across multiple operational areas.
- Analyse people metrics, trends, and workforce data to drive decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans.
- Provide expert employee relations support, including complex case management, redundancy processes, disciplinary and grievance matters, and Trade Union engagement.
- Represent the business at Workplace Relations Commission hearings and support case preparation in partnership with IBEC and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Resourcing, Learning & Development, Reward & Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Management and other specialist teams to deliver people-focused solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems, policies, procedures, and people processes, leveraging technology to maximise efficiency and value.
- Support compensation and salary review processes, benchmarking activities, and workforce planning initiatives across the business.
- Coach and develop members of the wider People Team, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional growth.
About You:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a demanding operational HR environment, with proven experience as a HR/People Business Partner within a fast-paced organisation.
- Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong employee relations experience with extensive case management expertise, including redundancy programmes and Trade Union engagement.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams across multiple locations.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels while building strong and effective working relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
- Strong project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of successfully delivering business improvements.
- Commercially focused with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of self-awareness, resilience, and a proactive approach to personal and professional development.
- Full clean driving licence with access to your own vehicle and willingness to travel as required.
