Senior Chef de Partie
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at a prestigious contract catering site for a leading global technology company.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef who takes pride in producing high-quality food and enjoys working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will support the senior kitchen team in delivering consistently high standards across the staff dining restaurant and hospitality operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality food to agreed standards
- Taking responsibility for your designated section
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Ensuring food is prepared, presented and served to a consistently high standard
- Assisting with breakfast, lunch, hospitality and special events
- Ensuring all food is prepared in line with food safety and hygiene requirements
- Monitoring stock levels and minimising waste
- Maintaining excellent kitchen cleanliness and organisation
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team
- Contributing ideas to menus, dishes and service improvements
- Ensuring portion control and presentation standards are maintained
- Supporting smooth service during busy periods
We are looking for a chef who is:
- Experienced as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
- Passionate about fresh, high-quality food
- Confident working independently on a section
- Organised and able to work effectively under pressure
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Committed to high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Comfortable working within a professional corporate catering environment
- Keen to develop their skills and progress their culinary career
- Contract catering, restaurant, hotel or high-volume kitchen experience is desirable.
