Are you an experienced Chef de Partie ready to take your career to the next level?
We’re looking for two passionate and ambitious Senior Chef de Parties to join the culinary team at H Beauty, Silverburn, Glasgow – a luxury destination owned by Harrods.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a high-end culinary environment, creating beautifully presented dishes and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.
You’ll be part of a team preparing luxury breakfasts, afternoon high teas and premium food offerings, giving you the opportunity to work with quality ingredients and showcase your culinary skills.
What will you be doing?
- Preparing and cooking luxury breakfasts, afternoon high teas and premium dishes
- Taking responsibility for your section and ensuring consistently high standards
- Producing food with excellent quality, presentation and attention to detail
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
- Helping to coach and develop junior chefs
- Maintaining excellent food safety, allergen and hygiene standards
- Working closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Bringing creativity and passion to everything you produce
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who is ready to progress, develop their skills and take on greater responsibility.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
- A genuine passion for food and high-quality presentation
- Experience within a high-end restaurant, hotel, hospitality or premium catering environment is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good knowledge of food safety and allergen standards
- The ambition to develop and progress your culinary career
- The confidence to take responsibility for your section and support junior team members
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- £15.00 per hour
