You will be responsible for:• Developing a deep understanding of how the retail industry and our end-to-end supply chain work• Using a combination of technical skills and business understanding to root cause issues, define problems, and implement creative solutions in the business.• Leading your own projects, building engagement and influencing relevant partners to deliver real change• Articulating the opportunity, insight, or project clearly, flexing your style to engage with conviction• Measuring the benefits & costs associated with your work and demonstrating resilience and a dedication to innovation• Accurately analysing data to report on performance and root causing issues
You will need • A good eye for business and the drive to make changes to the way the company
operates
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, combined with the ability to simplify
problems and implement practical solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and collaborate with
other teams to deliver to objectives

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.
- Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).
