What you'll be doing:

As the Kitchen Manager, you’ll be the driving force of the team encouraging the team to deliver great things through leading and monitoring daily activity. You’ll be the one looking after the daily needs of the department, working with other leaders across the business!

You will be working with an amazing team of catering staff that are vibrant and outgoing and are welcoming to guidance and instruction. We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team and continue the success in our business.

· Good knowledge and experience of working with food

· People Management

· Communication

· Results Orientation

· Holding others accountable

· Understanding Customers

· Proven experience in managing successful teams in a similar environment

· Basic Food Hygiene certificate

· Experience of leading and managing a small team of people

· Minimum 2 years catering experience

· Excellent financial acumen

· I.T literate
