Location: Senate House, University of London , Malet Street, London, WC1E 7HU
Rate of Pay: £36,500 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts between 7am - 5pm
Key Responsibilites:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally and efficiently.
- Act as a role model for customer engagement and service standards.
- Supervise, motivate, and support retail team members.
- Conduct training and coaching to improve team performance.
- Delegate tasks and monitor completion.
- Assist with onboarding and development of new employees.
- Drive sales and work towards achieving targets and KPIs.
- Monitor individual and team performance against objectives.
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-presented at all times.
- Manage stock levels, replenishment, and merchandising displays.
- Support stock takes and inventory control activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
