Restaurant Associates is looking for an experienced and inspiring Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operation and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and a motivated, high-performing team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the front-of-house team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality.
- Manage daily restaurant operations and service standards.
- Oversee staffing, rotas, and labour costs.
- Monitor stock, budgets, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Previous restaurant management experience in a high-quality hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
