Location: Guinness Open Gate Brewery London is 1 Mercer Walk, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9FA
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5/7, daytime and evening shifts
Rate of Pay: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage 2 restaurants with 150 covers average and up to 300 covers for events
- Manager a team of up to 25 members
- Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Drive revenue, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
- Build strong relationships with guests, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless delivery of food and service.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of the team.
- Continuously improve service standards through guest feedback and business performance analysis.
