Replenishment Admin Leader
We’re working with a leading global retail brand operating within one of the UK’s busiest airport environments, where exceptional customer service, high-volume retail and a fast-paced operation come together. Following a major transformation of the airport’s retail offering, the business is expanding its leadership team and is looking for an inspiring Night Replenishment & Admin Leader to help drive performance, develop people and deliver an outstanding customer experience across a large and complex retail operation.
As a Night Replenishment & Admin Leader, you’ll play a 50/50 role across customer service and operational excellence, leading and motivating large teams through the night while ensuring the store is fully prepared for trading. You’ll oversee key operational areas including ticketing, promotional changes, merchandising, stock movements, inventory accuracy, store standards, health & safety and compliance, while supporting the recovery of the store during its overnight closure and ensuring teams are ready to deliver exceptional service when the store reopens. You’ll coach and develop your team, identify and nurture talent, manage performance and absence, lead team huddles, communicate targets and priorities, and work collaboratively with colleagues, brand partners and wider airport stakeholders to drive results.
We’re looking for a confident and inspiring people leader with experience of managing teams of 20+ within a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. You’ll need to be equally comfortable leading people and managing operational detail, with strong communication, coaching, influencing and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient, adaptable and genuinely passionate about customer service, with the ability to motivate others and build strong relationships. Experience in department store, big-box or a combination of retail and supermarket environments would be beneficial, but above all we’re looking for someone who puts people first, embraces feedback, demonstrates self-awareness and has the leadership presence to inspire a team without an overly competitive mindset.
The salary is £34,500 plus a night shift allowance which averages around 30% on top of base salary. The night shift premium is 40% between midnight and 4am and 20% between 4am and 6am. The benefits package includes a 12% annual bonus (not applicable in the first year for those joining after October), 33 days’ annual leave, 6% employer pension contribution and generous employee discounts on products.
