About the role

  • Ensure clinic deployment across the region is optimised to maximise customer access and operational efficiency.

  • Regularly visit stores to identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, productivity and colleague engagement.

  • Monitor key performance indicators, ensuring actions are taken to improve performance where required.

  • Share best practice across the region, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What you'll need to have

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Experience in a multi-site retail, healthcare or customer-facing operational leadership role.

  • A strong operational mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day priorities alongside longer-term improvements.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with confidence interpreting data, identifying trends and making evidence-based decisions.

  • Experience coaching and developing leaders to improve performance.

  • Strong knowledge of operational compliance and delivering consistently high standards.

  • Experience supporting employee relations and customer escalations.

  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

  • The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage a varied workload.
