We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to provide front-of-house support and administrative assistance at our Finstown site. As the first point of contact for visitors and residents, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of reception and accommodation administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reception activities, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and issuing access passes.
  • Maintain and update the accommodation booking system accurately.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, record keeping, photocopying, and data management.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and site teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Support the Site Administrator with administrative duties as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety procedures, and site regulations.
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient customer experience at all times.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Professional, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
  • Checkable employment references.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, including COSHH.
  • Experience within hospitality, accommodation, facilities management, or large-site operations.
