- Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.

You will need
- Success in delivering complex programmes and projects within or outside of Tesco
- Practitioner in Programme and, Project management methodologies
- Financial and Benefits Management
- People Leadership and Management
- Strong engagement and influencing skills
- Great at building and leveraging relationships
- Experience of working Technology with Cloud based technologies and/or Agile delivery
